Lefty's Lightning 17/18U Team is currently holding TRYOUTS for the Summer 2012 Team. This is a Tournament Showcase Team playing locally and in Perfect Game and Blue Chip Tournaments. For further tryout information please call Lefty's at 973-777-2287. 

Lefty's would like to welcome Rob Gariano to our baseball coaching staff!  Rob is a graduate of Fairfield University where finished his collegiate career with 293 strikeouts, breaking a 31 year-old school record. He finished third all-time in wins in the conference, tied for seventh in complete games, seventh in appearances with 52, and career leader with 323 innings pitched.

Rob’s summer leagues include the Great Lakes League, the NECBL, and as a junior the highly prestigious Cape Cod League, where he received Pitcher of the Week honors. In June of 2010, Rob was selected in the 36th round of the Major League Draft by the San Diego Padres.  We are excited to welcome Rob to our outstanding coaching staff!
